Development and Application of an Integrated Management System for Off-Site Construction Projects

The off-site construction (OSC) method has attracted the interest of experts to resolve productivity stagnation and lack skilled workforce reduce greenhouse gas emissions in industry. Due unique characteristics OSC projects, wherein building elements are produced a factory, transported, installed field, management approach that differs from techniques previous projects is required. Accordingly, with this study, we examined derived key items through literature review, case analysis, expert meetings develop an integrated system for (OSC-IMS). proposed system, OSC-IMS, integrates entire supply chain project. It includes following functions: drawing management, scheduling planning, site installation production monitoring, shipping transportation, delivery inspection, progress payment management.
